Welcome to the Snowy Range Snowmobile Club.
The Snowy Range Snowmobile Club (SRSC) is committed to preserving and promoting
our trail system and sport in the Snowy Range Mountains in southeast Wyoming.
Join us
The fight for continued public access to trail systems like ours has become a serious
concern (and issue). SRSC was organized in 2006 with the intent to protect the Snowy
Range Snowmobile trail system. Every year our sport comes under further attack from
those who wish to restrict and eliminate our access. We need you and your help to
protect access to the trails, powder, and spectacular scenery.
An equally high priority for the SRSC is the promotion of safe and comfortable riding
networks of individuals of all ages and entire families while increasing the enjoyment
of the sport for all. By participating in our club meetings and other organized
activities, you have the opportunity to:
- connect with others in our community who share your interests
- learn new riding skills and locations from those with whom you connect
- share your knowledge with other eager learners
Our goal is to encourage a supportive community of riders for those who eagerly
await the excellent riding conditions that are found in our backyard.
As an organization committed to the sport of snowmobiling in our community, SRSC
provides supplies and maintains the warming huts in the Snowy Range. SRSC also works
closely with the Albany County Sheriff’s Office and Albany County Search & Rescue
in the event of lost snowmobilers. Providing willing and able riders is often key
to a successful rescue.
The yearly dues and your parrticipation are truly a small investment in the future
of the sport you love and want to share with your family, friends, kids and grandkids.
We are energetically looking forward to building new friendship, sharing riding
experiences and in working together to protect our access to public lands!
We hope you will join us, if nothing else please sign up for our newsletter and
stay informed!
