• Discussed Parking.
• Discussed Timing of Chili feed on Dec 31st.
• Tentativly set warming hut firewood move for Dec. 17th or 18th

• Welcomed many new faces to the club.
• Discussed Timing of a Poker Run - March
• Discussed plan for the club, what direction to take it.

• Firewood Wood Cutting Dates October 1st and 2nd
• New website ad campaign finalized
• Participating in Wyoming Pink Ribbon Ride March 17th & 18th.
• Discussed New Wood Stove Plans for Warming Huts
• Discussed state going back to private contractor for grooming in Snowy's
• Continue relationship with Search and Rescue
• Hoping to finalize calendar at september meeting.

• Discussed options and plans for next year in regards to warming huts. Will be meeting with state trails in the coming weeks to discuss.
• Next meeting will be held May 5th
• Plans for website layed out in regards to promoting and advertising.

• Meet with Thad Hoff from Albany County Search and Rescue to discuss ways to help S&R out with lost people in the Snowys. Putting a list together of volunteer riders capable and willing of helping out.
• Planning on moving firewood to the Nelson Park warming hut the weekend of Dec 18th. More details to follow.
• Planning a trip to CD trial system March 11th-14th, more details to follow.
• Still openings for both Avalanche classes...

• Planned wood Cutting for Nelson Park warming hut for the 23rd.
• Finalized plans for Jan 6th and 7th Avy Class
• Disscussed change of meeting location for nov 4th meeting.

• It was decided to continue the signature drive a while longer.
• Changing the meeting schedule: We will continue two meetings a month, one in Laramie and one in Cheyenne.

• Discussed signature drive for Green Rock parking lot taking place March 13th and 14th.
• $100.00 Donation made to Pink Ribbon riders.
• SRSC Banners have been Ordered.
• Disscussed $100.00 Membership/donation to American Council of Snow  of snowmobile associations

• Meet with Mary Sanderson, Recreation Planner, Laramie Ranger District, Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest - Discussed relations between SRSC and the Forest Service, Parking at Green Rock and Albany, Trails and more.
• Further planning for the Avalanche Class scheduled on the 31th of Jan

• Added Student Membership, and removed the Associate membership.
• Discussed an Representative for District 1 for the WSSA. In order to have representation in the state and happenings.
• Discussed potential avalanche class for January 3rd.
• Discussed driving membership enrollment.
• Updates on events coming up in the near future.
